Hi

I'm interested in hearing from anyone in the conferences and seminars industry that uses a benchmarking system to assess the viability (in terms of success/profit) of a planned seminar or conference.

I'm aware that most large conference companies use systems of committees to plan and advise on future events. What other mechanisms do you use to predict success?

Thanks

Martin
