Hi, is anyone aware of any recent work done on the information and research needs of SMEs? Are their info needs being met by the web; what sort of web-based info would SMEs find most useful - that kind of thing. It's worrying that the most quoted research I've found (Allcock et al) dates from 1999! Thanks. Bruno |
