 Photos in CVs

As a prospective employer of great age and subsequent failing memory I find photos of candidates on CVs very helpful. This is particularly true after an interview when a "face" can trigger almost total recall.

In the Jinfo Newsletter No.100 the advice is to "Avoid photographs on your CV unless requested." http://www.jinfo.com/newsletter/
