Get rid of Outlook and replace it with email software that works properly, isn't sui generis a security problem, and won't make you tear your hair out. There's more than one. I use Mozilla Thunderbird -- it's easy, it works, it handles multiple accounts and identities, it does RSS and newsgroups, it can be customized and extended, and it's free -- and I'll answer questions about it.

And simplify your habits. Don't send HTML: send simple text. Set your email program to display all mail as simple text, disable displaying linked images, disable running JavaScript, etc.

Why act as if you were born to be a victim?
