I am working on a project to develop and launch a web portal providing clients with key infomation.

To make sure the portal is communicated to all clients and to save on lengthy training sessions I want to provide users with a guide to using the portal.

I believe there is software available which will allow me to provide a walk through of the product through a screencapture of the site.

Can anyone recommend the best software to use and also if it is possible to email these walk through's directly to clients if they haven't signed up to the software?
