Hi there, I just wondered if anyone had any good ideas about where I could find information on how people purchase products such as car insurance (insurance generally), personal loans, flowers etc - what channels they use ie. face-to-face, online, telephone? I'm not necessarily looking for free information and have found a bit on Mintel and Datamonitor etc. I just wondered what anyone else would recommend?
Many thanks |
