Very interesting website, thanks from a lurker..

I am very interested in the issue of usability testing for web sites. I attended a workshop recently which touched briefly on research with a client focus group to test the functionality of their newly developing website from the users prespective (rather than the developer). The things the speaker mentioned were very interesting but it was a very small part of the overall workshop.

I wondered whether any of the Pinters may have carried out this kind of research/testing - any tips, techniques or advice would be very useful.

Many thanks
Olive
