Dear Freepinters,
Can anyone help me with a problem I’m having problems cropping images inserted into Word or PowerPoint files using Office 2003?
When I select the Format – Picture – Crop from… option, instead of cropping the picture (i.e. removing a section of it altogether and leaving the rest unchanged), Word and PowerPoint simply retain the whole picture but resize it to the cropped size that I specified, thereby distorting the image in the process.
I never had this problem cropping images in Office 2000. So I presume I’ve got a setting wrong in Office 2003. It’s not the locked aspect ratio because I’ve tried that. Has anyone got any ideas?
Many thanks in anticipation!
Tim.
