Problems sending emails to ntlworld

I have a hotmail email and recently whenever I have tried to send emails to people at ntlworld email addresses they have bounced back.

It has been suggested that ntl blocks hotmail emails. Does anyone know if this is true, and is there any way round it (other than using a differnet email address myself)?
