 Alternative to 'Backpack'?

Does anyone know of a free alternative to the excellent 'Backpack' organisational tool (http://www.backpackit.com/)? The problem with this tool is that it gets expensive when you want to use it for teams (terms of agreement state only one person per account), and it's really designed for personal management only (according to the site owner).

I'm looking for something that:

(a) Won't require you to have a tied email address (so Google Calender is out)

(b) Is hosted (i.e. not on our servers)

(c) Is free

(d) Is secure

(e) Needs to be easy to use

Tall order, but one can only ask!

Thanks

Martin
