If you set up a blog, particularly one which allows and indeed encourqages public comment, can you copyright the site and its contents. If for instance you wanted, at some stage republish conent as a book, how would one go about making posters aware that they are consenting to having there posts reporoduced in some commercial form,e.g that posts may be used to form another work, and they are contributing freely.
