Hello,

I am not particularly au fait with web copyright issues and have been told this may be a bit of a 'grey area', but can anyone tell me where the copyright lies for an image if it has been scanned out of a trade magazine which has a copyright and placed on a website which has a copyright. Does the copyright belong to the original trade magazine, or can the owner of the website claim any copyright because it is scanned and placed on his copyrighted website?

Cheers!

Donna
