Hi All,
Would be interested to hear your views on the products supplied, prices and service recieved by information providers such as LexisNexis, Wolters Kluwer (UK) Ltd, Factiva etc.? Has anyone been charged too much, not contacted by their account managers or used a product they liked and thought was good value etc.?
Many thanks for any input on positive or negative experiences.
