I'm not sure if this is the right forum for my question, but it seems as good a starting point as any. Does anyone know of any resources or information on documentation design - the sort of questions I have in mind are "what makes a good form?", "how can I make this form or document easier to complete/understand?"
I've looked through the back issues of J. Doc., and I've found one or two books, but I'm sure there's more information out there somewhere. Most of my searching is normally in the chemical/scientific area, so I'm a little bit out of water with this one!
