Can someone offer guidance in the following areas please:

- Is permission neeeded to link to a home page of a website
- Is permission neeeded to deep link to a page on a website
- Is permission needed to link directly to a document on a website
- If you have alink to a website are you responsible for any violations commited by the users?

The links above would be to non-commercial websites, service providers and through an e-newsletter sent out.

Thanks

Simon
