Problems with my pentium II PC

Hello:

I've had problems with my pentium II PC for some time now. It run os window 2000 OS but suddenly is not loading the HDD. I replaced the HDD with a new one recently but it does not boot it and does not load the OS on it either. The OS either does not complete it's loading process or when i load the OS on the HDD on another board it yet complains on some NDTLR or so file missing. Really frusrating, u know. I begin to think the problem is not with the HDD but the board or something.

Do help out, pls
