This one-day conference differs from other Knowledge Management events in that
it will have a practical, not a theoretical, focus. It will be highly participative, with ample
opportunity for networking and sharing experiences. Delegates will take away a set of practical
tools and will not only be informed, they will be inspired into action back in their workplace.
The conference will be structured around three themes: People; Knowledge and Information
Processes; Infastructure; each containing a mixture of plenary sessions and interactive workshops.
