Libraries, learning and regeneration: a one day conference:
The conference is intended for local authority heads of libraries, education, and regeneration, lead council members,
regeneration and community development workers, councillors, researchers into learning and design and private sector
administrators. We hope to offer a forum for ideas to be shared, and to engender a shared confidence in the future
significance of libraries in the context of lifelong learning and regeneration policies.
