OSS 03 is the annual gathering of government national intelligence specialists focusing on open sources
and methods of intelligence, known as OSINT. This year the theme is Beyond Open Source Intelligence (OSINT):Creating the
Global Multi-Cultural Intelligence Web, and the specific intent of the group is to reach out and engage the private sector
intelligence tribes: librarians, academics, business intelligence specialists, journalists and NGO information specialists,
and private sector providers of legal and ethical information services. Please join the OSINT club by attending 15-19
