The Second "Communities of Practice in Action".
One of the most effective mechanisms for the transfer and sharing of knowledge has proved to be Communities of Practice
(CoPs). The most successful CoPs are pragmatic, workable and inexpensive. This event provides participants with the
strategies, tools, techniques and know-how to be able to start CoPs of their own.
Also led by David Gurteen, this is a multi-speaker seminar featuring presentations and case studies from organisations such
as English Nature; Knoco; Siemens; Oracle; Cabinet Office.
