Evening workshop (6-7.45) on electronic copyright. The session will cover copyright in relation to websites
and intranets, and the question of deep linking. It will ask whether digital content is treated differently in copyright
law, and if so, in what way. Other topics include database right, scanning, and relevant legal cases.
