The International Conference on e-Learning is of interest to academics and workers in this growing field. (ICEL) follows on from the well established ECIL but is convened outside of Europe. Like ECEL it invites researchers to present current research findings and business experiences from the wide community which is now involved in knowledge management and intellectual capital and organisational learning. It offers an opportunity for discussion and deliberation and networking.
