CIPFA Better Governance Forum invites you to attend a special interactive learning workshop to understand the Re-Use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005 (PSI) which came into force on 1st July 2005.
PSI implements the EC Directive on the Re-Use of Public Sector Information and provides for the public with the right to request re-use of public information and impose obligations on public sector bodies to licence re-use of information that they have made available for this purpose. After Freedom of Information, PSI is the next big story affecting information management in the public sector.
