Hi,
I am looking for people who can help me with the subject of Sarbanes-Oxley Act. I am willing to take a doctor's degree and my interests concentrate on SOX topic.
I do not know where I can find literature on this topic (I am Polish and it is hard to find something in my country) and how to manage with the research. A specially I am interested on the financial statement made under SOX and the influence on the external audit.
I will be gratefull for any help.
