Hi

After obtaining a BBA in Business Information Systems (1st class honours) at the University of Macau, I am now studying for the MSc in Information and Knowledge Management at Loughborough University. The Department of Information Science was ranked the first recently by Times, but I am not sure if my programme is actually accredidated by CILIP (there website has still NOT been updated!).

I have only very limited working experience. As a final year project of my university degree, I acted as a system developer (team leader) in developing a Web-based Management Information System for a University Department. I have also worked as a part-time research assistant for more than two years at university. Lastly, I have been a library volunteer for half a year at the university library.

I would like to get an information-related job in Hong Kong, Macau or UK. In fact, it is my ambition to develop my career in knowledge management.

I have checked different information-ralated job requirements, but employers usually require more experience than I have. I don't mind to apply for any graduate training schemes, but employers usually say that I am already over-qualified. What is the best way to develop my career?

Cindy
