Hi there I have just finished my second year of a Graphic Design degree. I am trying to get my dissertation topic sorted. I want to study attention grabbing techniques used to grab and maintain a persons attention on a website. In this study I will also study the 4 second rule (do we make a decision to stay on a website in the first 4 seconds of logging on a site) I would also like to look into navigation of a website, which work and which system are we most comfortable with. I want to find out which sites get the most hits in the world, and then pick them to pieces discovering which techniques do they use to grab and maintain attention on their site. But I really want to do some thing about the web and Graphics. Any help or ideas would be really helpful. |
