The award winnersSTN Agency UK/Ireland wins FreePint Award for Best Customer Service

FreePint has honoured STN Agency UK/Ireland with the Online Information / FreePint Award for Best Customer Service. The Agency provides customer support and training, and a helpdesk for customers of STN International.

The trophy was presented by Loyd Grossman OBE at The International Information Industry Awards gala dinner on 1st December 2004.

Award LogoOn receiving the Award, STN Agency said, "This award reflects on the great relationship with have with our customers - thanks everyone, as we wouldn't be in this position to receive it without you all!"

This is the third year that FreePint has made the award in collaboration with the Online Information conference and exhibition. Previous winners have included xrefer (2003) and Factiva (2002). Each year, a shortlist of names is generated from the nominations sent in by FreePint's community of 71,000 members worldwide. A judging panel of leading industry figures then selects the most suitable winner.
