FACTIVA WINS CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD
The 2002 Free Pint / Online Information Vendor Customer Service Award has been won by Factiva. Today, William Hann, Founder & Managing Editor of Free Pint, presented Clare Hart, President & CEO of Factiva, with a trophy at the Online Information 2002 Gala Awards Dinner at the Royal Garden Hotel, London on Wednesday 4th December.

Free Pint is a website and regular email newsletter with advice and tips on using the Internet created for a worldwide community of information researchers. www.freepint.com
The Free Pint community consists of 55,000 information researchers globally. Members of the community were invited to nominate an information vendor from the Online Information Exhibition if that vendor had provided them with excellent customer service.
Over 150 nominations were received for 60 organisations. The nominations were refereed by a panel consisting of Katherine Allen, Event Director for the Online Information Show, Tim Owen, Head of External Relations at the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP) and William Hann of Free Pint.
Factiva was the clear winner, with twice as many nominations as the runner up. Comments for the organisation's customer service included:
"Excellent services from an excellent company. The work that they have put in, to help me implement a new service has been outstanding!"
"The most responsive and pleasant vendor I deal with. Really nice people too."
