Soliciting User Input on the Big Three
News Products from Dialog NewsRoom, Dow Jones Factiva, and Nexis to be
compared - share your opinions on these products, whether you use one,
two or all three!
VIP Magazine is preparing its annual comparative review of news
products from the Big Three. New this year is an anonymous survey for
users to provide their opinions and feedback on these products. The
survey is open to all users at: http://digbig.com/4xtac
'For the past few years, we've tried different approaches to
encouraging users to provide their input on this project', notes Robin
Neidorf, General Manager of Free Pint Limited, which publishes VIP
Magazine. 'It's difficult for users to be candid unless they know they
will not be identified. The anonymous survey enables us to pull
together aggregated impressions of these products to put our
researchers' product tests into context.'
The results of the survey will be published in VIP Magazine. Neither
the editorial team nor the vendors will have access to any information
from the survey, other than in aggregated format, to ensure anonymity.
Anyone who uses *any* of the three products for news content is
welcome to complete the survey at http://digbig.com/4xtac. If
respondents only use one or two of the products, they can skip the
questions relating to the other products.
